| Article Body | How does book-it-now freight/instant freight booking work?
A broker on Truckstop.com will post a load including several details like exact weight, dimensions, pick-up and delivery address, and a rate for the carrier to complete the load. Carriers will see the freight on the Truckstop load board and accept the load at the rate posted by clicking the "Book It Now" button.
How it's done:
- Broker must be subscribed to the Truckstop Pro Broker package in order to participate
- Broker uploads a list of preferred Carriers, here's how: Adding Carriers to your Preferred Carrier List
- Broker posts a Book It Now Load with a set of custom Terms and Conditions that will be applied to the specific load
- Carriers in the Preferred Carrier list will see the active 'Book It Now' button on loads and can book the load instantly because they are on the Brokers Preferred Carrier List
- Carrier pushes "Book It Now" on the selected load
- The Broker receives an Email or Text or both confirming the load has been booked and the Carrier receives confirmation via a new notification.

NOTE: Carriers NOT enabled by the broker can still see the Book It Now Load but not the Book It Now Rate. These carriers will see a button labeled as "Request to Onboard".Have questions?
