As a Carrier, how can I be added to a Broker's preferred Carrier list to view Book It Now loads?
Begin reaching out to brokers you do business with and let them know you are interested in viewing their Book It Now loads. Once onboarded with brokers of your choice, you as a Carrier can begin to book specific loads instantly with the click of a button. We have created a simple email template for you to send to the brokers you do business with to get them to use Book It Now and also give you the ability to book their loads. Book It Now - Template for Carriers to email to their Brokers
Once you're logged in follow the steps below:
- Begin searching for loads
- You will see a new column named 'BOOK IT NOW' in the search grid
- Filter by this column to view Book It Now loads first
- Select a Book It Now load
- This opens the Load Details page for that Book It Now load
- Carefully review the details of the load
- Click the 'BOOK IT NOW' button on the top of the load details page
- From the final review pop up, select 'CONFIRM BOOKING'

How can I view the load I just booked?
Now that you have accepted the load you can view the details from the Load Manager. Here's how:
- Select 'VIEW MY LOAD' from the Load Awarded pop up or select 'LOAD MANAGER' from the navigation menu on Truckstop.com
- Click on the booked load
- View all load details
- View the Rate Confirmation under Tender Activity

Book It Now: How to Drop the Load - DesktopFrom Mobile
- Tap on New Load Search on the Dashboard.
- Fill in the Origin City and State and any other criteria you would like to provide.
- Tap Search down at the bottom.
- With your load results you will see a blue Book It Now icon to the left that indicates that you are approved to use Book It Now for that load.
If you are wanting to sort only Book It Now loads, you will see a Book It Now Toggle at the top right. This will give you only active Book It Now loads available.

To view the information on a load you are interested in.
- Click on View Details- The Contact Name, Address and Load Reference Number will not be available on this page until after the load is booked.
- Click on Terms and Conditions- This is the Brokers Terms and Conditions, you can also download it by clicking on the arrow pointing down on the top right.
- Click on Book It Now
- You will get a pop up box to Confirm you are wanting to accept this load. You will see if Load Tracking is required.
- It will ask for the Driver's phone number. This number will be used to generate the Load Tracking Request.
- You will receive a box saying Load Awarded!
- You will receive your confirmation via the Mobile App.
