How to use Book It Now on Truckstop.com (desktop version)
In order to view Book It Now loads on Truckstop.com you must first be added to a Brokers Preferred Carrier list. We have created and email template for you to send to trusted brokers you do business with. Get them to use Book It Now, add you as a preferred carrier and book their loads with the click of a button. Or take a look at our Book It Now enable brokers you can onboard with now. Once you're logged in follow the steps below:
Begin searching for loads
You will see a new column named 'BOOK IT NOW' in the search grid
Filter by this column to view Book It Now loads first
Select a Book It Now load
This opens the Load Details page for that Book It Now load
Carefully review the details of the load
Click the 'BOOK IT NOW' button on the top of the load details page
From the final review pop up, select 'CONFIRM BOOKING'

How can I view the load I just booked?
Now that you have accepted the load you can view the details from the Load Manager. Here's how:
Select 'VIEW MY LOAD' from the Load Awarded pop up or select 'LOAD MANAGER' from the navigation menu on Truckstop.com
