To get started, you'll need to add carriers to your preferred carrier list.
You must be listed as a 'Main' contact to add Carriers
Child accounts currently do not have the ability to add Carriers to Preferred Lists
Go to the black "Book it Now Manager tab along the top of your screen
Click the white "Settings" tab in the Book it Now Manager
Click the "Add Carriers" button and add the Carriers you'd like to include on your BIN loads
Note: We will soon provide the option to bulk upload your Preferred Carrier list.
You have now completed the Preferred Carrier Upload portion of the setup. Now let's finish setting up your Book it Now Manager.
In the white "Settings" tab in the Book it Now Manager you will see Terms & Conditions.
You can create your own Terms & Conditions for your load.
You can create as many Terms & Conditions as you would like you would like. They can all be different.
How to create a new Terms & Conditions follow these specifications:
Click on the + to add to create new Terms & Conditions
Click in the Profile Name box to create a name for your Terms & Conditions
In the big box at the bottom you will type in the information you would like to provide per your Terms.
Click Save and it will be added to your pick list.
You can also Edit your Terms & Conditions by clicking on the Pencil.
You can create a Terms & Condition for all of your loads, once you create your Terms you will check the box to the right Set as Default. This will applied to all of your load postings.
Note: Only the Main point of contact on the account can set these Terms & Conditions.
Select PDF setup tab
Upload your company logo and complete your company contact information
Uploaded images must conform to the following specifications:
Width: 200px min, 500px max
Height: 200px, 500px max
File types allowed: JPEG or PNG
Maximum file size: 1MB
Select the radio button above the style of Rate Confirmation you prefer. Both contain the same information, it's just a matter of your layout preference. This may be changed at any time.
Choose your preferred notification method for BIN loads
Note: You will also be able to toggle individual Carriers on and off for BIN loads from the BIN manager.
You have now completed the setup process and are ready to post a BIN load! Here's how:
Go to the black "Posting" tab and select "loads"
Select "New Post" to the far left
Select the grey "Book It Now Post" tab
Book It Now posts require a little bit more information up front. Be sure to complete the required fields indicated with an asterisk*. The more complete your post is, the more likely your load will match Carrier's searches.
We've added a "Post As Contact" option to designate a person other than yourself as the poster so that Carriers can reach the correct person more quickly.
Note: Your Book It Now load will also be shown to Carriers outside your Preferred Carrier list as a Book It Now load, but they will NOT be able to book the load without calling you first and going through the booking process of a standard load.
