How do I update my Company or User Profile information on Truckstop.com?


Basic/Advanced:
  • Log in to Truckstop.com
  • Click on the 'My Account' tab on the top right of the page
  • Select 'Company Profile' for Company information -OR- select 'User Profile' for your own information
    • Update the information you are needing to be changed
  • You will be shown a message that your request has been submitted to the Truckstop.com Customer Support Team and they will be in contact with you to confirm the changes.
Pro:
  • Log in to Truckstop.com
  • Click on your username on the top left of the page
  • Select 'Company Profile' for Company information -OR- select 'User Profile' for your own information
    • Update the information you are needing to be changed
  • You will be shown a message that your request has been submitted to the Truckstop.com Customer Support Team and they will be in contact with you to confirm the changes.
Wanting to add, remove, or edit users on your account? If you have the Account Management Tool available on your account you have the ability to add or remove users at anytime being an account administrator. Click the article below for help using the Account Management Tool.

*Note - Change requests are addressed within 24-48 hours during the business hours of 6AM-5PM MST Monday-Friday.

Leaving Truckstop.com?

At Truckstop.com we value your security. To help keep your account secure, Truckstop.com no longer has the ability to inactivate your Truckstop.com account. You now have full access to managing your subscription at any time.

A request to cancel a 
Truckstop.com account must be made at least 5 days prior to the next invoice date or the service will continue through the next billing period without refund. Main and Billing account holders are the only users that can make a cancellation request online through their account from the Billing page once logged in to Truckstop.com. 

From the Billing tab you will see (depending on your account):
  • 'Request to cancel' -OR- 'Cancel Subscription'
  • Follow the next steps throughout the following pages
  • Once you have completed the final step in the process a confirmation email will be sent to the main contact listed on the account
  • There are many options for additional training or search the Community for related information
