What is the Account Management Tool? 
 
The Account Management Tool allows Account Administrators to manage user licenses for better security and easier access to information. This tool allows you to create user profiles, edit existing users, and assign and unassign licenses from your users. 

 

How can I get access to the Account Management tool? 

 

  • Only contacts marked as Account Administrators are allowed access to this tool. 

  • You are allowed more than one Account Administrator in the Account Management tool. 

  • By designating a user as an Account Administrator, you are allowing them to make changes to the account without your notification. 

 

How to access Account Management as an existing Account Admin: 

 

  1. Login to Truckstop.com 

  1. Click the drop-down arrow next to your display name in the top-left corner (if you do not see your display name, click the 3 lines icon to expand the menu) 

  1. Click on ‘Subscriptions & Users’. A new tab will open. 

 

 

 

  1. Click on ‘Manage Users 

 

 

 

Account Management Page Actions 

 

View all users on your account 

 

The user profiles on your account will appear in a table format. To see only your users with a status of ‘Active’ and an assigned user license, check the ‘Hide unassigned users’ box. 

 

 

 

Create new users or edit existing users’ information 

 

To create a new user, click the red ‘Add New User’ button. The following pop-up will appear: 

 

 

 

Fields with a red * are required. Once all required fields are filled in, scroll down and click on ‘Add User’ to complete the user setup. 

 

You can edit an existing user profile by clicking on them in the user table. This will open the Edit User panel: 

 

 

 

You can make any desired changes to the user profile, including making them an Account Administrator. Once all changes are completed, scroll down and click ‘Done’ to save your changes. 

 

Making a user ‘Inactive’ will remove all assigned licenses and login access from the user. Please note that this does not remove the licenses from your subscription. 

 

Select which users will be given available licenses to access Truckstop.com products 

 

To assign/unassign licenses from a specific user, click on the user in the User Table to open the Edit User panel, then click on ‘Licenses’ 

 

 

 

A checked box indicates a license for that product is assigned to the user. To save any changes, scroll down and click ‘Done’. 
 
*Note that by assigning licenses, you are NOT purchasing licenses - you are simply assigning the licenses you have already purchased to your users. 

 

View the total and available amount of Product Licenses and Add-on Licenses 

 

Scroll down below the User Table to view your Product License Inventory:
