Getting started with the Truckstop Go AppReady to start using Truckstop Go? Here's how:
- Using any Mobile device, go to your app or play store:
- Download the app
- If this is your first time logging into the mobile app, you will need to "Create Account". *Otherwise you can log in with your email and password.
- Click Create Account
- Choose Truckstop.com or Load Tracking
- If your creating a Truckstop.com account, it will direct you to a browser to login. Once you login, you can close out of all applications and go to your Mobile app and open it back up to use.
- If you click on Load tracking, you will be directed to Carrier Load Tracking Setup in the app.
Need to update your mobile app? Here's how:
- Go to either the Google Play Store (Android) or the App Store (iOS, Apple)
- View 'Updates' and find Truckstop Go to begin the update
If you are not seeing an update available you should uninstall the Truckstop Go app from your handheld device and reinstall it as a "new" app.Have questions?
