Getting started with the Truckstop Go App
Ready to start using Truckstop Go? Here's how:
- Using any Mobile device, go to your app or play store:
- Download the app
- If you already have a Truckstop.com Carrier Load Board subscription, you will log in with your existing username and password.
- If you don’t have a subscription, tap Create Account to get started! iOS users can purchase a Basic subscription right from the app using Apple Pay. If you are using an Android device or want to purchase a Pro subscription, you’ll be redirected to your phone’s browser app to complete the sign-up process.
- Once you purchase your subscription, you’ll receive an email with a link to set your password. Once password is set, you can use it to login on the Truckstop Go app!
Need to update your mobile app? Here's how:
- Go to either the Google Play Store (Android) or the App Store (iOS, Apple)
- View 'Updates' and find Truckstop Go to begin the update
If you are not seeing an update available, you should uninstall the Truckstop Go app from your device and reinstall it as a "new" app.
